GBnot my photo! well, I received someone else's photos. I've reached out to Fracture twice. Heard nothing. I'm sure the owner of the photos would love to receive them. the photos I actually received were poor quality. I'm pretty surprised since these were professional photos.

GBI have made several orders to preserve… I have made several orders to preserve memories of my life. They have given me much more satisfaction than I expected. I use these glass framed photo's in a memorial outside in my garden. They have lasted for years in my garden and give me comfort to this day. Will continue to use their framing service in the futures.

GBThe matte finish is the main reason that I print my art using fracture. My images look great on the matte glass. The accuracy and quality of the colors represented match the image that I sent very closely. My order was delivered on time and in good condition. The closest that I could come to having a complaint hardly makes the grade. I understand the need to protect the glass during shipping; but, unpacking the product requires a lot of effort for this old man. If, in the future, some thought might be given toward keeping the product safe while making its unpacking easier, I for one would appreciate that happening.

GBDeep Dive off the Great Barrier Reef I have this great pic taken of me and my husband by a dive instructor about 80' down in Australia. Pink fins pop. Yellow octo pops. Yellow fishies scattered throughout, along with black fish with white outlines. The picture is on a reef outcropping and is mostly blue because of the depth. I worked with the folks at Fracture to get that pic on glass. I asked the dive instructor for his original version. I received my print, in large, in matte. It wasn't as expected. Grainy. Dull. No pops of color. BUT, Fracture keeps their word. They were super to work with. It took some emails back and forth with a pic that was jpeg instead of NEF, (and maybe the photographer had cleaned up the jpeg version and applied filters... waaay out of my wheelhouse) but, Fracture remade my large print, we decided glossy, and it's spectacular. It takes a day or two for email response. I suspect a small company. But they stand by their product and I could not be happier.

GBNot impressed Fracture doesn't make the picture look better if the picture needs some adjustment. My picture was way too bright.
