TRThey Never Make Refund They never make refund. They never return to your email. Its been 10 days. I just bought and didnt happy with the result. Wanted a refund the very same day. But there is not answer for my email in the last 10 days. I sent a second email as a reminder but still didnt get a reply.

GBGreat Quality! Website a little janky I am amazed at the quality of the headshots and final product! I was pretty skeptical and didn't feel like I was able to send in great pictures so was worried what the result would be, but was very happy with the end product. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the website / picture upload process via iphone was a little janky/broken so I had to grab my computer to do it, which gave me some angst that I'd just lost my money, so opportunity for them to refine the user experience a bit
