Low quality and a waste of money - disappointing I have just received prints and I am so disappointed with the quality. The images are low quality and grainy and I wouldn’t want to use them. I have emailed to complain asking if something went wrong and sent photos to which they responded they “see nothing wrong with the prints”. Clearly standards at Infiki are very low.

Easy to use system, great customer service Ordered a Caption Photo Book, had a few questions about editing and moving text/images and customer services were quick to respond. Upon reviewing my book before I placed the order I noticed some of the images appeared blurry so I got in touch with customer services who, again, responded very quickly to confirm it was likely just the visual editor but they would send me a PDF to proof before the book went into production which I greatly appreciated (the images were fine). Book arrived quicker than anticipated and was well received by the person I'd bought it as a gift for. Couldn't recommend enough.

Grandad's Birthday Present I made a book of my granddad's memoirs for his 90th birthday present. With the caption photo book I was able to include photos and stories, it was really easy to make and came out beautifully. The delivery was super fast too. I'm now getting orders from other family members who want copies.

So pleased I went back for more. I ordered the heart photo frame & it was better than I’d expected - it’s so nice & everyone admired it. A few days later I ordered the memory frame & again it was amazing. Everything is well made & nicely finished. Delivery was quick too!
