When we alerted the company, they immediately looked into it, fixed the glitch so no one else would experience this, and refunded our payment for the inconvenience. I have so rarely had a company so responsive. I will definitely use them again for future visa needs.

Would not recommend Charged me first and then told me I had to redo it because the photo wouldn’t work. If that was the case, why not tell me that before charging me?
