GBWrong size. Ordered a 24x36 photo. The photo received measures 27x36. I don't have the means to trim it correctly and if I did, it would take away too much of the photo. And it doesn't fit in the 24x36 frame. Update to response: I did not receive any explanation except a letter stating one of the photos didn't meet the quality standards. Nothing about a sizing issue. I would accept a trim at tips of antlers and 24" down, resulting in some removal of the reflection. Thank you.

GBFrame looks like it was done very well… Frame looks like it was done very well the picture not so much. It look like you took a picture of a fish and stuck it to the back ground picture. The fish does not look like it’s in the water and the fish has high light from the sunlight but the water is darker.
