Ermes was the best Ermes was the best . His customer service and his professionalism. He was patient and he made suggestions. He move quick the process was quick as far as the photos back to me took a day . The pictures look good and clear . Clear and crisp . I think my experience was a great one because of Ermes a Ethiopian guy works closing shift .
