While gym owners are working around the clock to move their classes and offerings online, Ezidebit took the decision to simply stop all payments from all members. Totally unacceptable!

We ceased our account with them more than a year ago when we sold our gym and they are STILL taking money out. Ezidebit was nothing but headache after headache to deal with. Awful, USELESS, unlawful. I would give no star if I could I would give no star if I could. Absolute disgusting money grabbing thieves. The money is in my account but they don't take it when it's meant, then charge me a fee. The following week I make sure the money is in there, instead they take their late fee, leaving me short then charge me again. I will be cancelling my card to get away from these unscrupulous thieves.
