INVentture (formerly Invanto) is a Scam Ventture (formerly Invanto) has to be one of the most untrustworthy companies in the history of SAAS Lifetime Deals. I had bought the LTD directly from their own website (when it was called Invanto) when they were spending heavily on Facebook Ads to acquire customers. When I saw the product, I felt it was half-baked and wasn't complete. It would have been okay for a new company doing LTD. But later I saw that they had no roadmap or didn't intend to stick to one. The LMS platform was super buggy. A lot of things didn't work and their support wouldn't respond till you sent multiple follow-ups (The founder and his support team would be largely arrogant and rude in their responses even on the Facebook group). But I still hosted my courses on Invanto. Suddenly one day, the founder Deep Arora posts on the Invanto (Ventture) Facebook Group that they are unable to bear the costs of the platform and have failed at running the business. They basically implied that the Lifetime Deals will not be honored. Please note, they were still running Facebook Ads to acquire new lifetime customers at this point! After a lot of people expressed their desire to take legal recourse, we get a mail that Ventture (formerly Invanto) will be honoring the lifetime deals. While I had already migrated my primary courses to another LMS, I let some older courses stay on Invanto to avoid migrating all users. And then out of the blue, Invanto started locking me out of my account. When I would reach their support, they would give sketchy reasons like "your account was inactive", or "too much bandwidth being used". And then they would give the access back. After locking me out 3 times, the 4th time they locked me out and I contacted them, they sent me an email. I am quoting the exact language from their mail below: "You bought the LTD license of Invanto platform which runs on our previous generation infrastructure. The old infrastructure wasn't designed to be infinitely scalable and has started showing signs of slowing down the admin area and sites due to the increasing traffic. We have upgraded our infrastructure to a more modern stack, which is designed to scale to millions of hits per second. Since the new infrastructure costs us per user fee, only monthly subscribers can access the newer version of the platform". Basically, they locked my account and my content behind a pay-gate. Clearly, the company and founder has no ethics. The idea behind rebranding the company from Invanto to Ventture is to distance themselves from the negative sentiment around the product all over the internet. Don't know how much that will help. All I can say is, a company that pulls the rug from under their early backers CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

GBA THOUSAND dollar MISTAKE I was surprised to see my school classes being sold by an unauthorized seller at a website of Ventture.com and was furious. Then I noticed that it was a vanity url, the underlying URLs are actually from the company Invanto, a terrible scam company that I closed my school at last year. It appears they are attempting to rebrand with a vanity URL to get away from their very VERY bad theft. I will NOT let that stand. I am also furious that they are accepting payments for my classes and when I logged in, they still have a paywall so that I cannot disable the sale of my classes, find out who has paid, or help students. They are accepting money for my classes and none of those funds are being sent to me. This has caused even MORE theft, problems for students that are confused by this, and they have not answered support tickets in 46 weeks. Here is the review they are trying to run away from: A Thousand Dollar MIstake I admit that I threw good money after bad, repeatedly. But I wanted to support them - that's what LTDs are all about. In 2017, I got an inexpensive LTD with some limitations. They ran into issues, I chose not to refund. Next, they started to remove functionality and then put them behind monthly recurring individual fees. You had a fee for webhooks, a fee for connecting your autoresponders, a fee for paying for integrations... literally they broke up their 'all in one' product and tried to make you pay for everything on subscription, individually - even if you were already paying monthly. Users were upset, so they came out with a 'new LTD upgrade' to include these services, without a monthly fee. Fine. Upgrade was MORE expensive based on if you already had an LTD. If I opened a new account, I could get the LTD for cheaper. If I have an account, it was almost 3x the price. I ponied up the higher price. They likely knew I didn't or couldn't switch over all my classes and students. I considered this might be their last LTD push, as the prices were increasing. I bought a few lower priced $150ish LTDs for a friend and a family member as gifts. Good money after bad.... Next issue - their deal pages started disappearing and you didn't have any way to see what your 'plan' included anymore. I started taking screenshots / printing deal pages at this point. Finally, they come up with something that 'everyone has been asking about' and that was a way to purchase a white label agency. I could be my own Invanto/ Ventture and sell schools to people. Turns out after the fact, that I would need to pay $99 a month for every school I sold. The price was the same if not higher than their identical competing offering, making me the poorly priced out competitor. Useless. If I wanted to set up free schools through the account? The would wave a couple of the fees. That's it. When the payment issues started happening, I didn't have time for or the patience for payment security issues and bad support. I switched my entire school away from them in a week, I actually switched completely away from them before their support ever even responded. And they didn't respond with an answer. They told me - those people had canceled their payments and I needed to know that that would happen as a business owner. My entire school canceled payments? When my stripe was showing error logs that were saying they were refusing to process payments because they were no longer supporting the code because it was insecure? I told them exactly that, as politely as I could, and that their entire platform was not accepting payments. A warning sign - for them and me - about their bad business. About a month later, they revealed 'new improvements and upgrades to stripe integrations'... Looking back, I should have immediately cancelled or did a chargeback for any and all payments to them. But I sympathize with tech startups and their struggle. But now - now I have no sympathy remaining because it has evolved into a complete breakdown of business practices. I had wanted to log into my old account and reference some past financial records of students - but all aspects of the account are locked. You log in, and you only get a paywall. You can't access any content, any records, any settings, you can't disconnect integrations, you literally only get an aggressive prompt to pay up - or your account will be deleted. Their facebook group has a long rant from the owner about how they have known they were unsustainable for the past couple of years and they are 'defeated'. That everyday the owner wants to basically close the business and be done with it. More than a sob story, the owner's post probably reveals more than he meant to - in that he is ready to close it out and thinks it's an insolvable problem. In my opinion, this is a cash grab before the close. (For the rest, See Invanto on Trust pilot.)

GBCharged me twice in one month and not… Charged me twice in one month and not answering my emails. They have scammed so many people. They are gonna have a rude of wakening. All charges have been disputed with my bank since they were not authorized to take funds from my account. This is class action law suit worthy. They are a huge scam.
