Everything is down for a long time… Everything is down for a long time and they don't reply. Had my anual payment charged anyway. Went with a Paypal dispute and NetworkPanda never replied, got my annuity money back. Complain to paypal, NetworkPanda should be stoped from charging annuities. Not everyone will complain and they will keep doing money.

Worst hosting experience EVER Stay away from this piece of crap! They say server uptime over 99% but the reality is more like 50%. Making updates in WP might even crash whole server - Yay... They even took the tickets away so have fun trying to contact support.

I tried to send a support request via the standard contact form at thier website. No response yet. I called the number mentioned on the contact page of NetworkPanda but they are not reachable. What happened? My site was running on the server fra4.networkpanda.com

Terrible Supports It has been a month, they didn't reply my support tickets. As i check ed on siteuptime.com: All of their servers are being failed . I am not sure what is going on with them. All of my sites are broken down at the moment and i have no point of contact.
