Trademark for The Wolf Cook Trademark Bolt filed my company logo and trademark with the USPTO. I didn't know what I was doing so I entrusted them to do this for me. They did an outstanding job keeping me informed along the way from start to finish. The two people that helped me (Jerry and Ryan) were friendly and courtesy and provided me with all the information I needed to help me decide on which way to proceed initially. Afterwards a special thanks to Ryan who was the person who I delt with that kept me updated on the next steps and continued updating me until I received my serial number for my Trademark. Thanks again to Trademark Bolt for helping me. I will use again if I ever have to file another Trademark.

This company has done a poor job of… This company has done a poor job of training its employees to be professional and courteous. I received a text message that just said "hey akilah" which after asking who they were, I received a lengthy message from a Jennifer Lawrence asking for what amounts to a request for my business. They text me, instead of calling or emailing me prior to this which is a bit odd in my opinion. This is essentially what was said, "If you recall you did signup on our website for the Trademark registration for the Business name "Blah blah"."We have another applicant looking to get this trademark..." "Kindly reach out ASAP or provide us with the best number and time for the paralegal team to reach you." Which came off scammy considering they already had my number. I declined. They responded with, "Alright, then we are moving ahead with the other applicant. Trademark Bolt will not be responsible if your application gets rejected. Have a good day!"

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. These people are huge scammers who will nickel and dime you to death. Do not work with them under any circumstances. They are rude, unprofessional, pushy sales people who do not care about you. It is not difficult to file your own trademark, do it yourself and do not feed these parasites.
