Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Frustrating Have used for a couple years as they bought the firm we used prior. They've been extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and regularly have delays without any notice or updates. We'll be moving on to a different provider in the very near future. Save yourself some time, trouble, and money and go with someone else.

Very sloppy work This company got my candidate mixed up with someone of the same name. They accused him of having late payments on a mortgage and car loan that he knew nothing about. It created a lot of confusion and alienated my candidate. Very sloppy work.

This is the most frustrating company This is the most frustrating company to do business with. I think they have like two people working for them and make it seem like they are much bigger than they are. Just look at all the negative reviews and you will know you are not the only one pulling your hair out from dealing with them. They do not return messages and are incapable of fixing issue you will run into.
