MAAwesome support experience I've been a Paayes customer for over 1 year and I've seen the company grow, change, and evolve. I have always been a huge proponent of Paayes and what they do. My company works with a number of other credit card processors, including 'new internet-based providers' as well as 'old school processors' and Paayes's systems, documentation, and support far surpasses anything these other companies provide. I recently contacted Paayes support for a potential security issue. I was chatting with someone within 30 minutes and they were able to answer all my questions and handle the issue without additional transfers, language barriers, etc. The rep I spoke to obviously knew the system and how to solve my problem. I recommend Paayes to anyone and everyone who does payment processing.
