GBIt's a bit clunky to use It's a bit clunky to use, and honestly, I've been trying to opt out of it for more than a year. Update, 10/31/2018: the company finally replied to this review 13 MONTHS after I wrote it. That should tell you everything you need to know.

FRAwful ! Don't come. Several months after my purchase and lots of of support tickets, I still can't use the service. And the more the problems seems obvious to them too, the slower they answer. My latest ticket is 11 days old and counting, still no answer !!!

CABeing a "newbie" to trying to use … Being a "newbie" to trying to use Onlywire, I ran into a problem. So I contacted support and was what I can only described as "brushed off" and my question was not answered. So to me, this product is useless and I regret buying it. There is no point in contacting what Onlywire calls "support" because an unskilled {in technology} person like me does not get the help I need.

CA*Buyer Beware* Onlywire Scam *Buyer Beware* I paid for an annual subscription, I noticed recently they were charging me monthly as well. When I spoke to customer service they couldn't find my annual payment (I had to take a screenshot and email it to them). Regardless of all this, they will only refund the last payment because of their 30-day refund policy. So, they will only refund one payment for a service I didn't ask for even though they knew I had an annual subscription. I cannot recommend this company, they are dishonest, unprofessional, and disorganized.

GBOnlyWire is a fraudulent organization OnlyWire is a fraudulent organization. I canceled years ago. Every now and then, they start putting transactions for their service on my credit card again. I dispute it. The transactions are removed. A few years later, they are back at it again. They just did it again today. It shows up as OnlyWire Pro 1000. It is an entirely fraudulent organization. The service is no defunct. Social sites it used to connect to offer their service now reject them and don't permit the connections. They are worthless. The only way they can make money is to get you to sign up and when you cancel, they do this to you. The states attorneys general, FTC, etc., need to investigate them.
