GBScam Don’t Send Cash! Scam I sent cash and never received so much as a response $65 down the drain how terrible I placed other orders as well I didn’t have a garden this season because of this scam! Please save your money and time!

GBI'm waiting for my first order with b o… 61826 I'm waiting for my first order with b o to get out of the quote-unquote processing stage. It's 7 days old I paid another 13 for quick shipping and I can't get a response to a messenger message or phone call a text or any other way of communicating with these clowns. I don't like to sit and judgment but Jesus Christ's! I don't think it's unreasonable to expect some sort of progress or at least a response acknowledging what the ? problem is? NOT COOL TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS!

GBShop elsewhere Took months to receive even an incomplete order. Promises of partial refunds are never fulfilled. Had to do a chargeback with my bank finally after Jordan quit replying to text messages. Not sure what is going on with this business, if you could even call it that (I was charged no sales tax), but you're better off shopping anywhere else.

GBMy personal Botanical Wiki Customer service is taken seriously at Organical Botanicals. Beyond the usual "fast shipping", "responds quickly"... which are all true but he stays with you to assure your success. Not just get the sale done then next customer please. His knowledge base is expert allowing him to correct whatever problems you may run across. You will need that. I did and continue to call on him. He's always there to help. GBLooked for an online vendor of seeds I actually was going to be ordering seeds from this company but wanted to check out the business first as there are so many scam sites out there nowadays. I am glad that I came to trust pilot. As a business owner, I understand that things can go wrong with orders. Seeing the common complaints here in regards to long waits on shipments and lack of communication is bad enough. However, the responses from your company and insulting the customer like you are, is enough for me and I am sure everyone else that may check out reviews, to never order from such an immature/unprofessional business owner. Customer service sells, insults and blame does not. So, heads up. It is not the negative reviews that is hurting your business, it is the responses from you. Grow up.
