ESBIG problems with the new version 7 Before the new version 7, I was really happy with Gramto. But with the new version I have experienced A LOT of problems. I have tried troubleshooting with their team during a month, and no result. Abdullah y Salih seems to be bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. The customer service is really bad nowdays. So unfortunately I can't recommend this tool anymore.

GBTerrible customer service, useless algorithm Terrible customer service. Useless algorithm. Yusuf reads the messages and then ignores. They closed the chat so I cannot prove it. The algorithm started unfollowing my followers despite me ticking no. I also got banned from Instagram for 48 hours for breaking following community guidelines, but they offered no compensation for this!

GBAwful. Avoid. Good when it works, but every month my account was shown as 'expired' even though payments had been taken from my account. Contacting support is slow and often they don't reply at all/for several days. Even when they do sort the issue you lose days of service that you've paid for. No option to cancel and no reply when you contact support requesting cancellation. AVOID!

INI would give it ZERO stars if possible I would give it ZERO stars if possible. There is no way to cancel your subscription + your IG account is at a huge risk.

GBThe constant errors that take days to… The constant errors that take days to fix makes you spend more time resolving these than actually producing any results. This app could be phenomenal, it just seems like it is still in beta mode and should not be open to the public yet. There are way too many bugs they need to fix.
