paid by credit card but no service after payment the functions were not activated. i have tried many times to contact the support but there is no feedback. please dont use this! i will wait a few more days and otherwise get a lawyer

I can't log in to my account for 3 Months but still get charged I can't log in to my account for 3 Months. I can't change the Passwort, because they can't find my Email. I wrote several Emails to the Support Team but got no Answers. The Problem is, that they charge me every Month my Subscription Plan and I can't terminate it!! Hope that my bad review leads to Massgramar contacting me and help me with my problem.
