I attended a webinar after researching… I attended a webinar after researching a product on this website. It was about creating Digital real estate - I think the guys name is Joshua Osborne. It was pretty much the same pitch I got from the other thing I was researching on his site. It was a harder sales push though.

I went to the site because I was wondering if Chad Kimball's G-Maps Elite was legitimate. After reading what appeared to be a sensible review of his G-Maps Elite program (also known as the Arbor Academy) they (scamrisk.com) recommended against his program in favor of another (#1 recommendation).Yet, on their own 'Trusted' page from the top right corner of the home page they say that Chad Kimball's Arbor Academy is a highly trusted program.

Not really sure about these . . . There is some interesting stuff on the site, but I am not sure which is true because they sell only one product.

Todd Rampe information is wrong on this site . . . I take Todd Rampe's stock market course. Why did you get the information wrong on your website about his training?

A lot of haters here A lot of haters here, so leaving a 5 star to counterbalance it. I can see a lot of these reviews are just by students of the programs that are losing traffic because of the Scamrisk reviews. One can only assume they've been incentivized to leave those reviews. Scamrisk does not recommend only one program, they've recommended others in the past. They have entire pages recommending various programs. They also seem to call out pretty clearly when they claim something is not in fact a scam and a good way to make money, but it isn't their "#1 recommendation".
