GBGood product. Just make sure you understand your contract terms. We were initially extremely disappointed with this company's approach to customer service. Once we realized that we were not using this product we tried to cancel the contract. We had unfortunately just renewed (in error - internal communications problem) and despite the fact that they could see that we never used the product and understood that we had made a mistake in renewing they initially refused to concede any refund on our contract. Fortunately, this was eventually reviewed by senior management and they decided to compromise on their initial position. We would have preferred a full refund given that we did not use the product but at this stage, we are happy to have received a partial refund and move on. We would consider this product in the future.

GBAction Grid is a great tool for quickly… Action Grid is a great tool for quickly making updates to products, price book entries, price rules and product rules. The ability to quickly see all products in my catalog and make mass changes to price book entries has greatly decreased the time it takes to make updates in my Salesforce Org.

GBConga Support is absolutely awful, unless you pay extra Conga is the best Doc Gen solution for integrating with Salesforce, but that's not saying much. It's outdated, very glitchy (OMG, so glitchy!!), and their basic support is absolutely awful. It's so bad that you'll end up paying your administrator more for the countless hours wasted with the basic customer support team than you would if you just bought a support package. And you may loose your administrator to another company who doesn't torture their staff with months (literally!!) of inane communication with a "customer support" team that doesn't know jack, can't communicate effectively in English, and doesn't end up resolving the issues. TLDR: if you aren't willing to pay extra for customer support, don't use Conga products. Just don't.

GBI had a demo with conga and it was… I had a demo with conga and it was great. Looked a bit complicated but i was sure i could handle it. I then asked them to postpone the start of the contract by two weeks until i am back from vacation. And that was ignored. i was contacted right away a few times by different people from there to get me going i kept telling them to eait two weeks. After my vacation, i finally was able to schedule a training session. That went very well. I was promised a link to a video recording of the training and some links to other helpfull documents to get me going. I did not get anything. I sent email after email to the various people there to get the information and nobody responded at all over the last two weeks.... so i cancelled our check to them and cancelled the contract. They talk a good game at beginning, but they have been absolutely the worst company in communication and follow up that i have ever been involved with.

GBConga has been really great Conga has been really great! It has changed a 3-hour process to 30-min process for a lot of internal users. Though it was hard to learn how to create the templates in the beginning, with the online & in-person help, I was able to quickly learn and make templates with little help.
