Service is GARBAGE this year. Continuous latency and buffering. I'm 1/2 way thru my second subscription (specifically to watch Diamondbacks baseball) and UZZU is unwatchable. I have over 100MPS download speed (verified) The service has been total garbage so far this baseball season. I'm calling to cancel and if I can't get through I'm driving to Wyoming to get the balance of my money back. Bite the bullet and buy the MLB package that's what I'm going to do.

Can’t figure that out go watch Netflix 🤮 EVERY PRO SPORT + NO COMMERCIALS😍!!! red zone, nfl, nhl all playoff games, home+away option. Buffering takes place on occasion at… Buffering takes place on occasion at the most inopportune times. I can easily use Chromecast from my phone to one of our TVs but not another which is frustrating. It works great from my laptop to TV. I very much enjoy not having the ads during baseball innings.

I signed up for the annual pass, and since our internet is so slow and the games kept buffering I tried to cancel and get a refund after 4 months. Even though they say you can cancel at any time, customer service went silent when I said I wanted a reimbursement for months I will never use. They haven't responded to six emails. Crooks.
