GBDo not use this service This company charged me for my order but did not deliver my transcripts. Could not reach their "24/7" support staff via email or phone. Ultimately had to stop payment, but lost valuable time in getting transcripts completed. Seems like a scam to me.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I sent them an audio file, and they sent back a transcript with only one side of the conversation transcribed. After listening back, I heard both sides of it just fine, but sent a new MP3 just to make sure. They responded back saying they'd need another full payment in order to transcribe it. I asked if they could transcribe it for the money I already paid, and they never responded.

GBAbsolutely Terrible Paid $60, got an e-mail receipt thanking me. Waited 8 days, nothing. E-mailed their "Support" address 4 times and called their "24/7" help desk 3 times, each time leaving a voice mail message as no one ever actually answered. Never got one response. Used another service and got 24 hour turnaround. Got my money refunded through American Express. Won't ever use again.

GBMy go to guys! I have recently started a new career in consulting and have needed several sales scripts transcribed from audios. These guys have come to my rescue over and over. They always do the job quickly and accurately. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all the help.

GBExcellent service, will use again. I regularly use Transcripty to transcribe the hours of business seminars I attend, as it is helpful to be able to refer to the advice from more than just my notes. The transcriptions are always delivered on time, and are free of errors. I greatly appreciate their efforts, especially considering the difficulty of transcribing a speaker talking to a crowd. I plan to continue using their service for a long time. I would absolutely recommend Transcripty to anyone who needs transcription work done.
