They promise, take your moneym deliver nothing and then they are unreachable - I have tried over and over by phone and email with no results. I have contacted the credit card company to get a refund. Screwed me up by not getting the transcripts. DO NOT US EDO NOT USE DO NOT USE. SCAM!!!! There are plenty of other options!

Do not use this service This company charged me for my order but did not deliver my transcripts. Could not reach their "24/7" support staff via email or phone. Ultimately had to stop payment, but lost valuable time in getting transcripts completed. Seems like a scam to me.
