Unclear Selling Conditions My first time on Atomic Mall, I made an offer on an item that was accepted at a great price. Problem is, unknown at time of commitment for purchase, the item is in Viet Nam and from a seller with no feedback history. I do not buy under these conditions.

Terrible Seller- Would never use again Purchased DVD "The Story of GI Joe" over 8 days ago- used Paypal so they were paid Immediately and DVD still has not shipped. Contacted AtomicMall and all I receive is a canned, apathetic response "Merchandise ships 3 days after payment and no shipments on weekends" Well it's been over 5 business days and still no shipment. Reporting to BBB

This is worst web store ever, worst service ever, i ask suport team to help with listing and they close my 9 years account. This is worst web store ever, I was with them over 9 years as seller and one day I contact there support team to help me out on listing and placement in search engine. next day they close my account with out asking me, and when I contact them I didn't give any permission to close my account, they reply back with "Your permission wasn't required" and that's it. Talk about worst service. They never try help just close when ever they like. Do not register or use Atomic Mall.

FANTASTIC FANTASTIC! Been a seller here for a while and i've actually sold more than on ebay, but went to make my first purchase last week, not knowing what to expect. It went off without a hitch (an LED light for my truck) and arrived earlier than expected. The seller even tossed in an extra light with a personalized note! Not oftne that i'm impressed with an e-com site, but I am with Atomic, so much so that I felt the desire to write a nice review! Keep up the great work guys.

Very satisfied - excellent overall. My experience with AtomicMall was excellent. Ordered an antique brass lamp from one of the stores there and it arrived a day sooner than I expected. Before shipment I had a concern about one of the things posted in the description, and the store owner got back to me immediately with the information I needed. Overall, a 5 star rating. Will definitely shop here again.
