GBI would give ZERO stars if possible I would give ZERO stars if possible - they took first full car payment and one half of second car payment out of my checking account and NEVER made the payment to the bank my auto loan is through. This is a SCAM - they do not answer the phone or return calls when you use their automated call back service - emails not returned either. The car dealer finance guy gets a kickback for enrolling you making it seems like a great company - IT IS NOT! Trying to cancel -not having any luck. So I am making two car payments now - one to the bank and one to Autopay Plus - who must be keeping the money for themselves. Typing this while I have been on hold for over 1.5 hours,.
