BEWARE! It's just a scam. On the surface, from the website and everything you read, it seems like this product is real and useful. However, I'm not even sure this product works. You do get a download when you pay for it, but I'm a software developer at a top tech company in the SF Bay area and I could not get it to work. To even use it you need apache and php, so this "no code" drag-and drop website builder definitely requires at least intermediate server administration skills. I tried to get help, but all they have is their facebook page and a fake ticket website they don't respond to. It looks like someone installed the most basic support software and left it at that. My ticket on their support site was simply deleted without a response after 2 days. I requested a refund per their 30-day guarantee and got no response. The product doesn't work and no one got back to me so it's pretty clear it's a giant scam. I don't trust a single review here — I bet they were just made by the creator in an effort to make it seem like people use and enjoy his product. Beware!

I would definitely recommend Novi to other small business owners, as it is easy enough to figure out on your own without hiring a Web developer. The installation process is a little cumbersome for a non-technical user, but with a little bit of help, I was able to get it up and working.
