Hello, I bought this Novi Builder I don't know why you decided to charge me twice I have no idea why I didn't get an email with the software I was thinking of purchasing it for my agency and each of my employees... I wanted to try it out how it works but I guess I don't want to know anymore so you took money out of my account twice I don't want to think of anything else but give me my money back and good luck with that....
