Creative rock star I absolutely love the templates I received and started using them right away! This has saved me hours of time. I have limited creativity when it come to graphic design but Lady Strategist make me look like a creative rock star! Forever grateful!

Easy to adapt to any business and affordable I have had the templates a few days and have only made a handful of posts, but they are very user friendly and easy to adapt to pretty much any business model. So nice not having to recreate the wheel each time I want to post !

For the price, these are quite amazing For the price, these templates are really great. Super easy to customize and nice design elements. I highly recommend and hope she'll consider doing some photography template ones....pretty please.

I would give a zero star I would give a zero star, however, this is not an option. I have been a customer of Ladystrategist.com for over a year. Up until now, I was happy. THEN, I couldn't get into my account. I looked at my account settings as saw that I was not automatically renewed, so I though, well, ok, I'll just purchase again. After that--I was billed for the account renewal. Now I had 2 accounts. I email, email, and emailed requesting a refund on the second account. NOTHING. AND I can't access my original account. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I even tried calling phone numbers associated with this account. Nothing. This is such poor business practice. I truly like and have used the templates, and find them helpful for my business. However, I will never recommend this business to anyone. I would very much like to either access my account or receive a full refund.
