GBMerchant Maverick has been a blessing… Merchant Maverick has been a blessing to my business by offering the opportunity to apply for grant funding for small businesses. I’m a single mom who closed the doors to my salon business of 10 years due to the financial crisis caused by COVID-19. When everyone else closed the door for even a chance to help someone like me, Merchant Maverick opened one. I don’t know what the future holds, but because they have provided an opportunity of hope, no matter what it takes I will push through.

There are many complaints about unreasonably low review ratings here on TrustPilot and other websites. It seems like they play with review ratings depending on how much they get paid by the reviewed software competitors. For example. There's a CS-Cart review published on Merchant Maverick. If you read the review, it is mostly a good review but the overall rating is very low. The rating of 2.5 disagrees with the content and the mood of the review. Seems like someone paid them to lower the rating. We've tried to contact Merchant Maverick multiple times to discuss the CS-Cart review, update it, correct some facts and inaccuracies. They never replied. I think that's because their reviews are sponsored by competitors.

GBGood articles, responsive to feedback They have some good articles, but also seriously contribute to inbox clutter. I filter the newsletter and have it marked as read, then go back through when I have time to read. EDIT: Based on the updated reply from Merchant Maverick, I've adjusted the stars accordingly. GBA company you can trust Jessica offered me great advice when I was looking a contactless payment solution for a Covid19 support group I'm involved with. She didn't push what I was asking for as there was a better solution available elsewhere. Great integrity and product knowledge. Thanks so much Jessica
