Pending Paypal Top up transaction Did a transaction, Mpesa to Paypal. The transaction was successfully debited from my account to Thunes. However, it seems there was a technical glitch between Thunes and PayPal and the transaction failed. On engaging the customer care, they seem to happy to close ticket rather than resolve issue. First one said I retry transaction yet they have my money that would lead to double payment. The other one just sees failed in system transaction status and does not review first if they're in receipt of my money and second which leg did it fail: Between myself and their end as the intermediary or their end and PayPal. Service has always operated smoothly up until now, but the lack of due diligence by customer care and because of witholding my money and not admitting they have it, its a star rating of 1 for me.
