He was extremely helpful and honest - we said it looked like the tracks would need replacing and he agreed - then we asked if he had an idea of what that would cost - and he ballparked (and Google Search later was spot on with his estimate) and we mentioned we'd be installing those ourselves if possible and he gave tips on his experience with that and how to make it easier - took our call while with his kids - just all around great guy - went the extra mile
