However just a small feedback I would like to share- just today when I was working on one of business important videos project I noted that once you’ve added a soundtrack irrespective you add pictures or mp4 or biteable new templates , the soundtrack keeps extending and you can’t really edit/reduce the music or suppose you want to add video recording snippets that soundtrack still plays at default chosen volume...can you all work on this improvement and give your customer a little more professional independence? FANTASTIC SUCTOMER SERVICE!!! Biteable is a great website with an amazing team of staff and fantastic customer service. When I ask a question, they reply within minutes! I got an email apologizing for accidentally sending me a welcome email, and I thought it was pretty cool. The video that was sent along made me laugh and I immediately replied. I just want to say that everybody at Biteable is doing an incredible job and keep making the world a better place.

Good but limited function that could be more intuitive The good: Lots of video footage and stills to choose from. Helpful and quick online customer support. The not so good: Interface is somewhat unwieldy. No undo function when you make a mistake. Stock video clip selections load very slowly sometimes. Video clips have different resolutions - most are pretty good, some are a bit fuzzy. VERY limited selection of soundtracks with no volume control, some of which are also too short if you video goes much over 2 minutes. No voiceover option.

biteable is absolutely without any… biteable is absolutely without any doubt is the best video creation tool I've seen so far. Its UI, workflow, navigations (self explanatory, self driving), performance.. what not. I like the way the app modules have been organised to make-ease-of-use for the user.
