Trademark Emergent is a scam Trademark Emergent is a scam! They DID file a trademark application, however for only 1 of the 4 classes they told me they would (but charged me for 4 classes!) They overcharged me by $1300. THEN...they called me and said there was a conflict and that I would have to file my logo in 4 classes plus fees. Additional $6000!! She had me pull up the USPTO website and everything. It looked legit because I had an application with them and it was the government website. They also had people calling me from the "USPTO" office. I had a feeling it wasn't right, so I called the USPTO phone number. THANK GOD! They had only filed one class $350 and they hadn't even assigned a reviewer for my application yet!! DO NOT USE. Reporting to the better business bureau.

Trying to bully customer with scare tactics to purchase products. After registering online to gather information about trademarking my company's logo and name back in October 19 2022, the call came from Harry Carter from trademarkemergent.com on the 1st week of November telling me that my company's name has been filed in the state of North Carolina for trademark and that unless I purchase the service of trademarking that such name with them right away, they will have to move forward with the North Carolina based filing and I would loose the use of my company name due to trademark infringement law. I quickly became suspicious and did a fast google search on Mr Carter's company, Trademark Emergent +1-213-567-9671 or +1-866-581-3762 at 300 E Esplanade Dr, Oxnard, CA 93036, all the while he was trying to bully me with care tactics and intimidation so I purchase the trademark package from him. I hang up on him after I learned from reviews that they might strongly be a scam, and he kept on calling my phone and kept on trying to scare me. As I did not give into his tactics, I waited a few days and called to file a complaint about his behavior and how unpleasant he was on the phone trying to bully me into buying a product. When I called I Spoke to John Ustanbak that sounded pretty much the same as Harry Carter (thick middle eastern accent) and he did not want to transfer me to a manager unless I gave him a customer name and phone number I was calling about although I clearly stated the reason of my call was to speak about the behavior of Harry Carter and that I wished to remain anonymous unless discussing with a manager. Clearly John wanted to block my call and did not want to take any action regarding my request and stated he was a legal assistant, then a paralegal, then he was a customer service specialist, and never offered to have anyone speak to me about my concerns unless I gave him phone number and name to pull up account info. Just for the record, I only signed into their website to gather information about the process of trademark my company logo and name... and now I am becoming a target for their scare tactics and bullying practices, trying to get me to pay for a service that may just be a scam.
