In adherence to our commitment to transparency, I am extending to you the unique privilege of choice." Trying to get us to purchase a trademark package with them. Big problem though is that our company name is already registered with the USPTO. Obviously a search of any kind, let alone a meticulous search would have shown our registered mark.
