GBDeceptive company Deceptive company. I don't like putting in Social Security Details unnecessarily, so had them look at my site and approve products before doing so. Fill out massive application with tons of personal info and then get denied processing account due to "internal protocols of sponsoring bank". For the record, I've been in business for 27 years with zero problems, zero debt. This was for a CBD site, which I have processed successfully for 10 years with ZERO chargebacks.These frauds should be shut down.

PRClearent is #3 of the most hated companies I've done business with I have been self employed for 21 years. This company has made my top 5 list of most hated companies I do business with. In order: 1.) Intuit 2.) Global Payments 3.) Clearent 4.) Chase 5.) Bank of America Is it any wonder that 4 out of the top 5 are banks? These banks might as well be a branch of government. They are horrible. They don't communicate with their clients and they don't even pretend like they are concerned that a customer might be dissatisfied. With Clearent, the people who answer the phone are powerless to solve any problems. The people who are won't answer the phone. You have to e-mail them... and they just tell you to F off and give you the 800 number to call a rep who can't help you. Is it any wonder their customer service phone number ends in 0666? This was not a random thing, I don't think. They hate their clients and view them as a nuisance so they literally sought out a number ending in 0666 to rub it in our faces.

GBThieves! Watch your bank account, they help themselves to whatever they can get away with! We were promised 2.45% and no monthly fees. We were charge 3.45% and a $43 monthly fee. When I asked them why they are charging more than what is in our contract, they very rudely asked me if I wanted to cancel my account with no explanation or offer to adjust their charges. They charged me $70 on credit card charges of $1087. That's 6.45% in credit card fees!! I obviously cancelled my account, right away. Then 3 weeks later, they charged me another "monthly fee". I'm so confused to why this company is still in business. They will just help themselves to the money in your account to see if you are paying attention!
