I use TripAdvisor every time I travel I use TripAdvisor every time I travel, it's great to get a glimpse of the main attractions and restaurants in different cities. I really like the options to look at different tours, for instance they often have users compile a 3 day tour of a particular city which is really useful.

A terrible review site A terrible review site that as a business owner, is impossible to deal with. A customer verbally and physically assaults a member of your team and then leaves a one star review. They also then get several of their mates to also leave one star reviews! You contact TripAdvisor to get the review(s) taken down but TripAdvisor say no as the review follows their guidelines. Not a site I give much credence to anymore and i no longer use
