GBIt was the last day and I hadn't signed… It was the last day and I hadn't signed up for a plan, because I was on the old website and basically didn't know what I was doing...I googled for contact info... finally found a phone number and called. It was a holiday of course (which slipped my mind) 😞 ...so there was an option to locate a local agent and leave a message. I was amazed that Ted called me back so quickly and boy was he the right agent for me! He took the time to walk me through the process of finding the right website for my state... logging in... finding a plan and with patience ( I'm not very computer savvy) the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my choices. I am so grateful and I recommend Ted McNeil for your insurance needs!!!
