Good Communication As professional as it gets. Being that this is a small business they are very hands on (in a good way). When i ask for their service they answer quickly and provide my service. I've recommended this service to others and will continue to do so.

Unbelievably easy to use!! I switched over to LiveAnswer a few months ago from my voicemail and I don't think I will ever go back. No longer do I have to spend hours listening to voicemails, getting their call back numbers and information, and then finally calling them back. With LiveAnswer i never have to listen to a call again and can easily call back my clients!! 5 stars

Modern phone support FINALLY Finally a company keeping up with technology!!! I’ve tried several phone support “platforms” but all of them were very limited. LiveAnswer has been the only innovative platform that I’ve come across.

LiveAnswer provides service of such nature that would exceed the satisfaction of every client. We remain very busy on Holidays due to hug customers footfall, so we decided to have a customer support team to attend calls on the weekend. And I got a recommendation from one of my friends and decided to give try LiveAnswer despite of being little hesitant to sign up for a new service. Sign up process was too easy to step forward. Creating agent script was very simple. Finally, we got the reports from there we were able to understand call frequency, arrival patterns and call tracking. We impressed by their service, and got a positive outcome. Hopefully we will be using their service frequently.
