GBI have been a customer for over 2 years… I have been a customer for over 2 years now, and find their advisors, such as Patrick, very helpful and insightful. We are not a PR firm, but a management consulting firm, learning how to use PR in a more productive way. We have benefited greatly and are learning more and more about how to use press releases properly. If you are new to the scene, working with their people like Patrick makes all the difference in getting your name out there or not. That's why we still use them!

CYThey rejected a PR for reasons not… They rejected a PR for reasons not stated in their Terms of Use (not having an incorporated company). I am running an LGBTQA+ project which is run by volunteers(including me). It is Pride month and yet Newswire doesn't think that projects like us should deserve a PR if they are not incorporated. Shameful Update: At least they issued me a refund, but even that took 1 month, and countless email exchanges to happen.

GBWe value our partnership with Newswire We value our partnership with Newswire. They have enabled us to get consistent traction with news and content for over a year now. An area that could be improved upon is involvement from higher level team members who bring valuable strategic input.

GBNewswire save me a ton of effort. It was far easier to have Newswire figure out how to submit to 3000 outlets than to figure them out for myself. Their staff was helpful editing the press release, responding within a few hours on a Sunday, and approving a minor update in the wee hours Monday morning before it went out. Several web sites picked it up within a day, best found with duckduckgo.com (google didn't find most of them). However, the sites that picked it up seemed to be automated, as they published it exactly as written. I didn't hear back from any humans. I did hear from a few other services that wanted to sell me additional press release services, all by email.
