GBI recently purchased some kettlebells… I recently purchased some kettlebells from Keflux for my daughter, I did not realise I had ordered the wrong ones until she had received them. I got in touch with the customer service team and explained the situation that I should have ordered cast iron kettlebells. They ordered the right ones and said that I could return them for a refund. The service was amazingly brilliant and my daughter loves her new kettlebells. A big thank you to Michael and the team👍

GBFrontier Airline Hello. I was just on a flight Frontier Airline that came from Raleigh NC to Buffalo NY. Our Flight got delayed we were pushed to another gate when we continued to wait. Everyone had to keep asking questions as to when we'd be taking off. This was a non stop flight...when I arrived in Buffalo my luggage was not there. It was at 1130pm EST noon was around to help. Finally found the link to file a baggage claim as I proceeded to do. There are NONTELEPHONE NUMBERS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. The company verified they got my claim . It's been 5 days still looking for my luggage that was lost- on a non stop flight...how does that happen? All I'm getting are emails...we still haven't found your luggage. I have never had my luggage lost and this is aweful to only have correspondence thru an email. I will NEVER fly this airline again and if I were you I wouldn't bother. Such horrible communication and they don't care you lost your bag. So darn mad!!
