GBGreat app Great app! Showed me what I wanted to know so I could decide where to stay before I ever arrived. I spent consecutive nights at two different places and found the BringFido reviews and ratings spot on.

GBBringFido DOES charge a booking fee I had booked a room through BringFido but asked for a receipt from the hotel when we left. The room price was $40 lower on the receipt for the room. I told BringFido about it and asked for a refund. They told me that they are part of Expedia and get a share of the comissions they take for booking rooms. On the BringFido website they state that there are no booking fees with their services. They told me in writing that they get a share of the commission. They have refused to refund the difference. I would think they would be liable since their website states no fees are taken. Sounds like false advertising to me. I'd be wary of booking with them and just use them to find hotels and then book with them directly.

GBBringFido rocks! BringFido is our first stop when planning trips. The first time we booked hotels on the site, a pet concierge phoned us to let us know that one of the hotels we chose had changed their pet policy and no longer allowed dogs. She found an alternate location for us. If we hadn't used BringFido, we wouldn't have known until it was too late. The information they provide on pet-friendly restaurants and activities is helpful and reliable. BringFido is an invaluable resource for people who care about their pets.

GBAte at Aweful Authors in Kitty Hawk Ate at Aweful Authors in Kitty Hawk, NC. Walked in with the dog (20 lb Schnoodle) who had been in the car for 7 hour drive…he was excited and was jumping up and down and the manager told us we couldn’t eat there with the dog. After BEGGING her to let us and explaining he would settle down she finally agreed after giving us explicit instructions about his behavior. Our dog was great and we ordered a hamburger patty for him…was told I couldn’t feed him inside so I went outside to feed him…not dog friendly in my opinion. The waitress and food were great! Manager named Karen could have been a whole lot nicer.

GBI've been in the hotel business for 8… I've been in the hotel business for 8 years, and every hotel we've ever paid a pet fee had a maximum fee of $75- $150 for two pets. You must have decided not to do business with most pet owners by charging $200 per pet. That's what it costs to adopt a pet for goodness sake, including shots and neutering. Why would you gouge people. The cost of a urine clean up with neutralizing spray takes 2 minutes and about 10 mists. I suggest recalibrating your profits spread and quit abusing pet owners.
