Their application process and web portal access were easy. I was constantly informed of my loan status. My only regret is that I didn't go to SBA.com before wasting my time with other lenders. I highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Given how fast this program was rolled out, for a small business person like myself, that was denied a loan by my own personal "big" bank, the process was easy, efficient and quick. Still have not receive any update about… Still have not receive any update about the increase, but I want to thank Smith, Scott J. He’s always so helpful and responsive. Even though he’s not processing the increase, He helped me with my documents on my initial loan and tries to update me and get me the help I need.
