GBCould never get the video loaded which … Could never get the video loaded which I think hurt buyers that looked but didn't ask for any other information. Buyer did reach out and asked for buildsheet (which I detailed to ask for) and of course the video that could never be loaded. I think you should have offer further assistance to get the video uploaded/upgraded. Otherwise post what "level" of video's are allowed to be uploaded. Dennis Hunter
