GBRelatively easy process Relatively easy process, saved $ just took awhile for the whole loan process to get funded. I was a little disappointed in the fact that I was told I had to get some ppwk notarized (2copies which cost$40) then to find out they didn’t need to be. The loan guy told me to send him a picture of receipt and they would reimburse me. Still waiting on that.

GBOnce you’re approved, you’re forgotten The start of the experience was great until I was approved, then the move forward experience from there was awful. Its already been more than 30days and I’ve already made my first payment to the new lender, and my old lender has been harassing and my credit is impacted because Auto Approve didn’t mail the payoff check. I called several times, text several times, emailed several times over the period of the month with no response. Awful experience!
