Joey is by far one of the most disrespectful employees that I have ever encountered in any business. This group will assign (assumingly) 500 clients to one account manager and that account manager will do the following; - they will miss meetings - they will lie to you about your customers being approved just to get your $750 fee through the door. - they will show you attitude when you confront them about lying to you saying "lose the attitude or we will drop this" hehe. - then they will waste 2-3 weeks of your time for "approval" when barely anything is approved. It's disgusting and pathetic how a company raises $35,000,000+ in funding and their customer service is that of a business with 2-3 employees serving thousands of companies. We demand our refund for the activation fee right away. I have never taken the actual time to write a review on anyone but this company is out of this world.
