ETHad some delays but it worked so far So at first when I ordered my VDC it took them a while but I finally received it. It worked properly the first few days but I ran into some errors. Again, it took a little while for them to reply but they finally did and solved my issue. It's not perfect by any means but this is the best thing we can get for a debit card company in Ethiopia. I trust that their system is going to get better and better. And they are doing an ok job for a startup at this scale

ETAs far as I know they're legit and I have been using hulecards for almost 2 months now As they were starting the company they were a little overloaded at first but now they are the best virtual credit/debit card providers so far. Their customer support has also improved a lot.
