The website had issues processing and accurately categorizing my order, I had to speak with multiple people to get the issue resolved who all either a) said they would call back and didn't or b) passed the buck and told me to speak to someone else and put the responsibility on me to reexplain a situation that was their mistake. And through all of it, they made excuses rather than owning what had happened. Maybe this is the standard for insurance companies; they see their product as a necessity so they make no effort to treat their customers as customers.
