Repeat Customer I have purchased several of the 12 credit packages and have always received the credits expected within 36 hours. One time I did the named book purchase and there was a miscommunication on a title and I received the wrong title. They immediately sent the proper title instead free of charge. I have also referred several friends and had great experiences again. I plan on buying more after the 12 pack I just purchased gets used up.
