Second Time And Still Great! When I first signed up, I had nothing but good things to say. Today, when I upgraded my account, they outdid themselves. Every time I need something, They are there for me. I couldn't be happier. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing merchant services (in fact, I already have).

Whoever “Mary” is will not call us back and now the chargers have went up another 10 dollars. We have called over 4 times to get this resolved and still nothing. They will respond with we will have someone from our customer service respond. But they will not!

So frustrated with the continual… So frustrated with the continual increase of nickel dime charges and then a huge jump for non-compliance. Please note, during the time of "non-compliance", the service was not used. Fortis was not able to provide any documentation that I had been informed of non-compliance - which I had not received. I cancelled my contract and was still charged. Stay away! There are plenty of other services that will process CCs for FFLs

Avoid at all costs This company is absolutely terrible. This company completely misrepresented their fees and then just kept piling on! They made it very difficult to cut ties with them and continued to charge even after I separated from them. Completely unethical company that I am sorry I ever did business with.
