MXIt's not a scam, it works well It's not a scam. Actually it works quite well: if you need an US virtual card in case a site doesn't accept yours. However, the fees are simply abusive. For that simple thing, I remove 3 stars from the review. I hope a competitor enters the market, so UsUnlocked gets destroyed. I give 1 star back, for the shipito service, it's amazing for sending things that are only shipped to the US, although also it is brutally expensive.

AUUnethical charges for monthly maintenance fees CANNOT POST LINK TO IMAGE The above link to an image shows the monthly 'account maintenance fees' that US Unlocked uses to drain your deposit balance. No other comparable virtual card / payment provider does this. Not PayPal, not Airwallex. Once you deposit money with US Unlocked, there is no way to transfer it back to your bank account. There is no way to cancel your service. If you spend money by making a purchase, each transaction also incurs a very high 'fee'. There is no cost to US Unlocked for keeping my money. It's greed and exploitation of customers. Do not use this service.

AUOne of the only legit and smoothly running US card sites One of the only legit and smoothly functioning US card services for people who don't reside in the US. I've had no failures with their cards and card address to gain access to US card only services (especially the huge streaming website starting with A and ending with zon but many others.) Support is prompt, depositing timeframe and fees seem fair for the service provided and there have been no sneaky back charge antics yet in my lifetime with them. Obviously it's better to use my own card and pay no fees but highly recommended if a US based card is absolutely needed.

LVAvoid Insane pricing, constant "maintenance fees" for literally nothing.

GBThe ONE and ONLY option for Foreigners convicted in the U.S. What a lot of people hating here don't realize is that this is the one option for those abroad with loved ones in U.S. prisons to speak to or connect with their loved ones, because the largest prison phone companies in the US require an American credit card, specificallywith a US address. This is literally an essential link for those people.
