GBI bought into Stansberry’s slick… I bought into Stansberry’s slick marketing campaign back in 2008. $60 a year, and would get a newsletter monthly. I vividly remember 2 stock picks, Hershey and Walmart. Not earth shattering information. Eventually stopped reading them. Then was notified they were going online only. It was 1 of those subscriptions I kept forgetting to cancel. My credit card got hacked, and was issued a new one. Figured Stansberry was done. Surprise! January 2024, my bank sends me a security alert asking if I approved $100 subscription to them ! No, lol. Also I never have been or logged onto their website. If your reading this, IMHO stay away from them.

GBRead reviews before you give them money! Once you subscribe to their emails you will NEVER cease to receive them! I have unsubscribed numerous times yet my inbox continues to fill up with their ridiculous rantings. Check out their profile on the BBB website. Very sketchy operation. So glad I did not give them any money.

GBBuyer beware. How could I pay for a subscription in… How could I pay for a subscription in 9/2023 (2 year 10X investor for approx $2500) only for the company to discontinue it a few months later, not refund my money, not give me an option to choose another subscription, not get back to me on 1/2024 when they said the would. Now I have no choice but write this bad review and contact my credit card company. Shame on Stansberry Research. Buyer Beware . I wish I would've checked the reviews before buying.

GBThey think you're an idiot This company treats the average person like an idiot. Usually you get invited or see an "urgent" ad for to a 3 hour "panel" where they have their analysts discussing the current market status and economy but it is actually a sales pitch to sell you one of their products....which is fine. They will try to lure you in with a "limited one time" offer with a lifetime subscription to their product. You pay a multi thousand dollar "upfront" fee and you get lifetime access to their service. They will lure you in by cherry picking examples of 500+% gains and neglect to mention that 90% of their picks are flops and will lose you money. Once they have your money, you will find that the portfolio solution you just signed for is completely mismanaged, neglected and underperforms by a mile. They will attempt to sell you additional services and try to extract as much money from you as possible. Screw these guys

GBI agree with other reviewers I have… I agree with other reviewers I have read previously, very aggressive advertising. They advertise themself as giving the investors the same information they would want themselves. My experience being with them a few years now, not true. They look for themselves first. I believe the worst they do for investors is that they exaggerate every economic situation, scare the investors using letters and presentations, old data, graphs etc to convince the investors and sell their products. Although I don’t know if what they do is illegal, I believe it is definitely morally wrong and very selfish. If I knew when I signed up what I know now, of course I would not have.
