GBI bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10 I bought my ej20 head studs on 10/10, shipping said it should be here on 10/23. I haven't received them. I emailed horsepower direct about why I have yet to receive them yet and I was told that they were having trouble getting the part and it should be at my door from roughly 11/5 - 11/11. Its 11/15 now and I still haven't received them. I'm waiting on them to put my engine back together. If they were to give me an update periodically instead of waiting for me to email them about a week after I was told it should have of been at my door then I wouldnt of been that upset.

GBWell considering my purchase was nearly… 5 years ago Well considering my purchase was nearly 5 years ago and NOW you are reaching for feedback ... i ordered an exhaust. The tips came in super bent and out of shape. Service tried to blame ME (after receiving and unboxing) and almost didn’t get the tips replaced. After much hassle, got them but super rude customer support. Hopefully y’all have gotten better in 5 years.

DKI have tried to get in contact with… I have tried to get in contact with 'Ticketmaster'- but none of 4 telephone numbers answered my call - and one was not existing!!! A businesses that doesn't answer the phone is a fraud. Eva Carstensen

GBTrust pilot is blocking reviews put up… Trust pilot is blocking reviews put up on bad business and if you know servers have the same IP address they track you and your colleges threw the IP address they leave you open so the review doesn't show up My boss was put out of business by OPTIMUM Altice They deleted his email addresses and locked him out of his servers he lost everything we are all out of work and trust pilot is using some kind of software or one of their reps are protecting OPtimun there are 16 people out of work because of this OPTIMUM is lying to him he is angry and we are listening to the rep saying he needs the emails He verified the information and he worked for optimum for 3 years the corporate office is Liying to him too and TRUST PILOT is blocking reviews on his developer That's wrong.

GBTerrible Terrible experience, was sold back ordered rods that they claimed had in stock, gave me runarounds as to why they hadn’t shipped such as “were at a racing event but will ship as soon as we’re back” then ignored my for a month and I had to have my credit card company to file a dispute and get my money reimbursed because they wouldn’t cancel my order. Will never even consider them for future purchases.
