Staff at snouters are really arrogant… Staff at snouters are really arrogant and unprofessional. Being a boarder I had registered on snouters for my home boarding, and before I could even understand the platform as to how to accept or reject bookings, they started sending me mails that they'll block me if I don't respond to bookings. When I did understand I responded to all. Even after I did they blocked my listing and after sending multiple messages to multiple members of the Snouters team they wouldn't respond. After a long time when they did respond they had a lot of demands like INCREASE YOUR PRICES TO. MORE THAN ₹700 PER NIGHT, or else they don't get much bookings. I tried to tell them that's not how I wanna do, it doesn't make sense and you cannot force people to demand any amount of money. But since then they stopped replying to all my mails and messages, it's been months. I highly don't recommend Snouters they're not here to serve people but to exploit them. There are many better platforms for the same thing with Better Customer Service Executives.

The Snouter Boarding Facility is just… The Snouter Boarding Facility is just highly commendable. Priya took care of our fur baby really well. Sending updates and videos multiple times a day. However I hav rated one or rather would rate a negative marking if there was on their grooming service. Absolute impolite guy who claims has 3 yrs experience but started grooming without even leashing my pup. He got so scared of the trimmer he ran off. I lost my cool seeing such carelessness and he had the audacity to argue and keep talking over what I was telling him.. I would highly recommend the boarding facility but the groomers not at all as you might end hurting ur pupper with these inexperienced guys who has 0 level of customer service.
