GBDeliberate Breach of Contract This book publishing company stole about $30,000 from me. Throughout the whole year of 2022, I have been paying them. When paying off the last $2,500, I get a harassment call from one of their financial guys. I paid them $1,500 only a few days ago before his call. He screams at me, "Pay us now!" over and over. I try to explain to him I have been saving every penny and sacrificing my health. I can barely afford rent. He just goes, "Yeah, well, you agreed to do this!" My agent who is now with a different publishing company testifies Genesis Book Writing illegally used his name for certain affairs and business. I tried calling Genesis a few times, but no response to find out what happened. I finally get in touch with them. They claim they were hacked. They won't give me back any of my money because they said I don't have invoices. What I showed them was what they called "transcription of money transfers." My contract with Genesis said, "Money-back guarantee if services are not provided. They refused any partial refund. They tried to get me to hand over my manuscript back to them. I refused because too much work has already been done with it by the other company. Genesis told me the publishing company I am with now is not working on it. Genesis Book Writing appears to be lying, confusing, and deceptive with me. I called an Illionois lawyer. They said they couldn't find Genesis Book Writing on Google maps. Also, their Facebook page has only about 160 likes. They suspect Genesis Book Writing is a fraud. I have reported Genesis Book Writing to the FTC and local police.
